Description

Located at the base of the world famous Palisades Tahoe (formerly known as Squaw Valley), this property is in the center of all the action. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo (with mountain views of Red Dog and Resort Run) sleeps up to six people and is 900 square feet. It is located on the top floor and is end unit facing out of the Village and down the valley (so a much quieter unit). The master bedroom has a spacious king size bed and plenty of closet space. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and extra closet space. There’s a gas fireplace with a stone hearth in the living room as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. It also offers a fully equipped kitchen, dining table that seats 6, and a private balcony with outdoor furniture. This beautiful condo is steps away from the chairlifts, gondola, and cable car. There is also FREE secure/private ski locker on main floor of our building and FREE secure, underground parking for one vehicle.

Take advantage of the outdoor hot tubs, fitness room, games/arcade, on-site laundry facility, and complimentary high-speed internet. After a day on the mountain, you can stroll through the Village, hang out at one of the fire pits, grab a bite to eat at one of the many eateries, or spend some time browsing the numerous shops on the property site.

We try to offer this condo for much less than what the Village management charges because we do not use their management service. We do our best to pass as much savings as we can on to all of our guests. Daily housekeeping is NOT included in these discounted rental rates, but can sometimes be arranged directly through us should you desire for a fee. Advance notice is needed and only available during non-holiday timeframes.

Great location; indoor parking a great perk for winter, and ski lockers, sauna & hot tubs a great bonus as well. Directions for check in were clear & easy, and TTVR was ready to help if anything came up

Wonderful hosts

Staying here at the Village at Palisades is a great. Easy walking to restaurants and lifts. Tahoe Time are wonderful hosts and unit managers.

The place was nice. The only issue was every morning there would be construction going on between 6am to 7 am?

Fantastic Condo in Village

Great location. Condo is close to everything but not directly above any of the louder restaurants. Beautiful mountain views from balcony. Two bedroom is perfect option for families. We are looking forward to returning.

Ultimate Ski Adventure

Palisades Tahoe is the best mountain to ski. The village condo was walking distance to the lifts and close to everything. Once we parked our car in the deluxe, underground, heated garage, we never drove anywhere. The condo had a nice kitchen to prepare as many meals as we wished. There are also lots of other places to eat & drink in the village and at the ski resort. We had beautiful vistas from our windows & could access snow shoeing trails easily too. We lucked out with fantastic weather & snow, which made for the ultimate winter wonderland adventure.

Great location and well appointed

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect for skiing. The pictures are accurate and the kitchen had all equipment needed for meals and snacks. Cute small balcony overlooking one of the base runs. Property management was extremely response and contact with Debi made everything smooth and pleasant. Eat most meals in the condo and saved a lot. Very comfortable unit. Would recommend and stay again.

Comfort in the snow

The skiing at squaw was really good. Skied till the chairs closed. Very tired heading back to condo. Great place to relax with my son. Very comfortable. Nice fireplace in living room. Looking forward to our next ski trip.
