REQUIRED COUNTY STR PERMIT INFORMATION: STR 22-6952 | TOT #11837 | Max Occupancy is 9 | 4 Parking Spaces. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage at all times. Guest must agree to read and comply with Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.

County Rules
As part of the Short-Term Rental Permit for this home, the county asks that we share the important rules and regulations with you. We appreciate your cooperation in following the guidelines listed below, also included in your signed Vacation Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.

Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Per the County: No sound may be audible from the property line during quiet hours. Amplified sound (such as speakers) shall not be used outside or be audible from the parcel line of any short-term rental at any time.

Lights Out: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors at night.

Red Flag Warnings: Due to high risk of wildfire in our area, bonfires, charcoal barbecues, and wood-burning fire pits are always prohibited. On designated Red Flag Warning Days—when fire danger is especially severe due to dry conditions and high winds—all outdoor fires are prohibited, including gas grills and gas fire pits. These restrictions come directly from the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and must be followed for everyone’s safety. It is each guest’s responsibility to stay informed about Red Flag Warnings. They are announced on local news, radio, and social media, and you’ll also see signs posted at fire stations throughout the area.

Winter Driving: Many highways, access roads, and driveways in the Tahoe area can become icy during the winter. For your safety, it’s essential that between November 1st and April 30th your vehicle is winter-ready. Make sure brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater, and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires should be properly inflated with excellent tread, and you should always carry tire chains—even if you have an AWD/4WD vehicle. Double-check that your chains fit your tires and are in good working order. On many state highways and county roads, four-wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel.
Please be prepared for winter conditions: dress appropriately, stay in bounds at ski resorts and if you get lost, remain in place.

Garbage & Bears: Please do not feed the bears. Black bears are very common in this area and, over time, many have become used to human food and trash. Because they no longer have a natural fear of people, you may see them during your spring, summer, or fall stay. Feeding bears is illegal, and leaving food outside, trash unsecured, or doors and windows unlocked can lead to serious property damage to both homes and vehicles. To help prevent this, all waste must be placed in bear-proof bins or dumpsters and the latches secured. Placer County sorts recycling from the waste for you at our materials recovery facilities.

Office Holiday Hours
The TTVR office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

A Favorite!
This home is one of our favorite places to stay - comfortable, cozy, clean, well stocked and the location is nicely tucked away from the mainstream. The deck is one of the best seats in the house - never tiring of that view and solitude. We really enjoyed our time at Verbier View (again) and hope to have more opportunities to stay there for our future trips in Tahoe. Thank you for opening up your home for us and others to enjoy!

Loved it!
We had (most of) our family all together this year and made wonderful memories at Verbier View. The rock-climbing wall was a newly discovered bonus (we stayed here last year as well with a smaller group and didn't scope out the property then), but still my favorite area of this home is the back deck. The serenity, the view, the peacefulness of nature. Bliss. We'll be back :)

Fabulous place to stay!
We LOVED this place. It was a beautiful, clean, and comfortable home. The management company was very clear with their instructions and responsive to our questions. The view from the house is incredible. We found the location to be great as well; we enjoyed the quiet neighborhood with beautiful scenery and less traffic on the main roads than if we had stayed in South Lake Tahoe. FYI -- We were a group of three couples (ranging in age from 50s to 80s) staying here in the summer. We enjoyed having plenty of space in the house to spread out and we especially enjoyed the kitchen and grill; the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals the whole time we were in Tahoe.

Loved it!
Loved the deck most of all - we sat out there every morning with our coffee, and some afternoons and evenings with an aperitif. Very comfortable and accommodating home and we really hope to stay there again. Overall experience was wonderful!

Pleasant Stay
It was a pleasant stay. We were a group of 10.. and the space was a perfect fit. The location was great since it was close to the grocery stores and shops. And also half way between North and South lake tahoe. And beautiful views.

Gorgeous house
We loved our stay. The house was perfect for what we were looking for. Modern, great views, big common areas, and a separate bathroom for each bedroom. We’d definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous, secluded mountain home
We searched far and wide for the perfect home for our Tahoe vacation and Verbier View fulfilled every wish! The home is beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with gorgeous mountain views, just a short drive up the valley from the lake and all the amenities of Tahoe City. One nice surprise was the amazing storage area in the front hall, perfect for hanging all our outdoor gear! The home provided the perfect base for our active summer vacation, with ample hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, kayaking, and swimming opportunities within a 45-minute drive. The kitchen was very well-outfitted and the deck and hot tub were great places to hang out. The three main bedrooms are conveniently located one floor below the main living area, each with their own nicely appointed bathroom. There is one additional bedroom on the top floor above the living room, which can get a little warm in the summer and doesn't have its own bathroom, but anyone staying there can use the full bathroom on the main living level. Plenty of fans help cool the house down at night. This would also be an amazing ski base in the winter, with private access to the back area of Alpine Meadows just down the road. While our trip was impacted by the wildfire smoke, we made the best of it and thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and amazing View
Very clean. A lot of space. Had everything from games, to dinnerware and enough parking. We had a large group and we all enjoyed our time. The views were amazing. Looking forward to our next trip.

Verbier View
Lovely, clean, well-stocked and beautiful views! Remote and peaceful, close to hiking trails and quiet and friendly neighborhood. Really enjoyed our stay with our family of seven people. Only downside was two separate power outages lasting several hours each. Can’t be predicted or helped, necessarily, and we made the most of the time to be together and enjoy our surroundings.

Views and Location
The views and location couldn't be any better for a West Shore stay. The home was perfect for our family. The beautiful setting of the forest, mountain and lake views, while being just a short drive down to the water for daytime fun. Thank you for sharing your home!
