As long-time locals (thirty plus years), we are always available to assist with your stay, ensuring a seamless and memorable Tahoe experience from booking to check-out. REQUIRED COUNTY STR PERMIT INFORMATION: STR 22-6113 | TOT #5651 | Max Occupancy is 8 | 4 Parking Spaces. Parking on the street is strictly prohibited. All vehicles must be parked in the driveway and/or garage at all times. Guest must agree to read and comply with Placer County's Good Neighbor Policies.

County Rules
As part of the Short-Term Rental Permit for this home, the county asks that we share the important rules and regulations with you. We appreciate your cooperation in following the guidelines listed below, also included in your signed Vacation Rental Agreement.

Maximum Occupancy: There shall be no gatherings, events, weddings or other group functions on the Premises with more people than the number of persons stated on the Agreement.

Parking: Parking on the street is prohibited at all times. All cars, boats, and trailers must be parked in the garage and/or driveway.

Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are 9pm-8am, seven days a week. Per the County: No sound may be audible from the property line during quiet hours. Amplified sound (such as speakers) shall not be used outside or be audible from the parcel line of any short-term rental at any time.

Lights Out: All exterior lights must be turned off that are not needed for safety or other outdoor use to the extent that such other outdoor use is not an unreasonable nuisance to neighbors at night.

Red Flag Warnings: Due to high risk of wildfire in our area, bonfires, charcoal barbecues, and wood-burning fire pits are always prohibited. On designated Red Flag Warning Days—when fire danger is especially severe due to dry conditions and high winds—all outdoor fires are prohibited, including gas grills and gas fire pits. These restrictions come directly from the North Tahoe Fire Protection District and must be followed for everyone’s safety. It is each guest’s responsibility to stay informed about Red Flag Warnings. They are announced on local news, radio, and social media, and you’ll also see signs posted at fire stations throughout the area.

Winter Driving: Many highways, access roads, and driveways in the Tahoe area can become icy during the winter. For your safety, it’s essential that between November 1st and April 30th your vehicle is winter-ready. Make sure brakes, windshield wipers, defroster, heater, and exhaust system are in top condition. Tires should be properly inflated with excellent tread, and you should always carry tire chains—even if you have an AWD/4WD vehicle. Double-check that your chains fit your tires and are in good working order. On many state highways and county roads, four-wheel drive and snow tires are required for safe travel.
Please be prepared for winter conditions: dress appropriately, stay in bounds at ski resorts and if you get lost, remain in place.

Garbage & Bears: Please do not feed the bears. Black bears are very common in this area and, over time, many have become used to human food and trash. Because they no longer have a natural fear of people, you may see them during your spring, summer, or fall stay. Feeding bears is illegal, and leaving food outside, trash unsecured, or doors and windows unlocked can lead to serious property damage to both homes and vehicles. To help prevent this, all waste must be placed in bear-proof bins or dumpsters and the latches secured. Placer County sorts recycling from the waste for you at our materials recovery facilities.

Office Holiday Hours
The TTVR office is closed on New Year’s Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving, and Christmas. Therefore, we are unable to accommodate check-ins and check-outs on these dates. Thank you for understanding.

Excellent place near the water
I met my best friend of 45 years and her 80 year old parents for a mini vacation in Tahoe. The house was perfect! Location was great & close to the water. House was perfect for catching up and spending time together yet still having our own space. I appreciated that the house was fully stocked with everything we needed. The beds were a little too firm for me but I highly recommend.

Ski Getaway for Groups
Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here. The place was cozy, clean, well-appointed. Check-in and out were seamless and easy. The bathrooms, however, particularly the one off of the master bedroom, could definitely use some updating. The lighting in the main area was a little strange (bulbs all different shades, a lot of overhead lighting). Otherwise we had a lovely time and would probably stay again.

Great spot!
Great cabin that is better in person than the photos suggest. Great spot for a couple families and kids. A few spider webs here and there (which is normal in mountain homes), but otherwise in great condition. Good location and easy to find.

Great house
This house was great for our trip - it’s a beautiful walk down to the beach and close to shops and restaurants in town. The 4 bedrooms/3 baths made it perfect for our group!

Comfortable and clean, great location
Great setup for two families with two kids each, big enough to relax and have personal space indoors and plenty of outdoor space as well. Hot tub was new, clean, well maintained and perfectly located right outside the kitchen. Well-stocked kitchen. Good location to easily check out local activities and right near the Truckee river. Management was responsive and courteous. Unfortunately smoke from the wildfires put a damper on many outdoor activities so we spent more time at the house than originally planned and happy we had a comfortable place to stay.

Spacious for family use
Several bedrooms & bathrooms were exactly what we needed for our family. Only 5 of 7 expected family members stayed, but we had the room for all. Kitchen is well stocked for necessities & open plan with the dining table. Airy. Hot tub was pleasant to enjoy while star gazing. Close proximity to lake, beaches, stores, restaurants, river rafting - met all our needs. Very hot week, so the 4 little fans provided were not sufficient to cool bedrooms, as there was no breeze. We bought 3 box fans after first night so we could sleep & air out the house. Would return again & know to be prepared for Summer heat. We live in heat but have Delta breeze every night & fans at home. Our family fully enjoyed our beach time, river rafting, meandering, meeting up with a family reunion nearby. House was clean, well equipped & well stocked. Would highly recommend for families.

Lake Tahoe Panorama place
We loved this house. Perfect location with a beautiful walk to the lake right out the back door. Loved the hot tub for relaxing, tons of amenities with enough spices for cooking. We will definitely come back.

Everything We Needed for a Relaxing Week
Our small party of older retired guys had a relaxing off-season stay at this property. Everything we needed was provided. The cabin home was nicely decorated and sitting in the spa while the snow fell was a special treat. When we encountered a very minor maintenance issue the management company responded immediately. If you are looking for a nice cabin home within walking distance to the lake/beach and can forego a view of the lake and mountains, this is the perfect choice.

COZY STAY
The home was clean, well stocked, and a very comfortable environment. We had a relaxed enjoyable quiet weekend. It would have been more relaxing to have had a little additional time before departure in the am, until 11 or 12 would have been fantastic!
