The main level provides a wide-open living area perfect for socializing. Enjoy lake views from the entire living area; including the well-appointed, newly remodeled kitchen where you will find all the amenities you need including dishwasher and microwave. The dining and living room areas open onto the sundrenched deck by a large sliding door which allows sunlight to flood in throughout the day. The comfortable living room with an open fireplace provides just the right amount of intimacy to socialize or enjoy movies. There is a 50” flat widescreen television that has satellite service. There is also a DVD system.
This top level also has a Primary bedroom with a queen-size bed and a full remodeled bathroom. The lower level includes 2 lake view bedrooms with Queens (one with another TV and DVD player) and a 4th lake view bedroom with Queen/Twin Bunk and Single Twin. These bedrooms share a private (not remodeled yet) bathroom.
Casa Bella Vista offers a beautiful gathering place for family and friends to enjoy the tranquility of the lake and its panoramic views. Short drive or walk to Meeks Bay Resort Beach. Homewood Ski Resort nearby. During the summer, some road noise can be heard outside on the deck. 4WD drive vehicles or vehicles with chains are recommended during the snowy winter months. Parking is limited to 3 vehicles at the property, and 2 cars in the winter due to snow.

Amazing View

The house was as expected from the pictures. The carpets appeared to have just been cleaned which was great. The house could use some updating which I’m sure the owners are planning on doing. It would be a plus if there were tvs in all the bedrooms. It had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. I would definitely rent again.

Amazing view!

Our family enjoyed our stay at Casa Bella Vista! The view! Wow! The view of Lake Tahoe is amazing! Lots of windows to enjoy from inside the home, and a deck all along the lakeside to enjoy the view outside. The home is comfortable. As other reviewers have mentioned the downstairs area needs updating, and it looks like this is being worked on. We brought our kayaks and put them in the water at Meeks Bay, which is very close by. Also enjoyed picnicking and exploring Sugar Pine Point which is also very close by.

Breathtaking view

The rental was wonderfully located. It had ample space and was very well equipped. The kids loved all the toys and games in the house. We saw a bear outside which was pretty fun! We enjoyed the picturesque view and quiet neighborhood. The walk to the biking/ walking trail is perfect. The only negative is the upstairs bed is super hard and the downstairs is ready for an update and new carpet. We had a great time!

Awesome rental beautiful views!

Wonderful house located in the tahoma area overlooking the lake and the snowy mountains. My family and I enjoyed the beautiful home for 5 days. With skiing attraction located close by and the lake within reach it’s the ideal place to spend time with your family. We will def stay here again in the future.

Family Vacation on Lake Tahoe

Tahoe Time Vacation Rental company is awesome! Thank you for the fabulous week, help with booking, ease of access and Debi's excellent efficiency! The house was located very well with a nice view and accommodated our group. The kitchen was well equipped. The fact that it allows pets is wonderful. I will say that the downstairs bathroom is worn out! The carpeting in the entire home should be replaced.

Excellent - stunning view, great location

Well taken care of cabin, good location, quite and peaceful neighborhood... The view from the cabin is stunning, the pictures don't do justice to it. No complaints, would definitely rent again.
